readySC™ is South Carolina’s workforce recruiting and training program designed to support companies that are expanding or locating in the state.
A division of the South Carolina Technical College System, readySC™ provides innovative recruiting and training assistance to help companies build the skilled workforce they need.
Program overview
readySC™ works in partnership with the state’s 16 technical colleges to develop customized training programs tailored to meet a company’s specific workforce requirements.
This approach ensures that training is aligned directly with the skills and competencies needed for successful operations.

The program provides:
- Recruiting assistance to identify qualified candidates
- Development of customized training curriculum
- Workforce training tailored to company-specific needs
Training is provided at no cost to the company.
Statewide impact
